Cancellations and Refunds

Kidbay Parties reserves the right to cancel any function or event for any of the following reasons:

- If the client or Kidbay Parties becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.

- If the event may prejudice the reputation or cause damage to Kidbay Parties.

- If for whatever reason due to unforeseen circumstances we are not able to perform the function.

In any of these situations Kidbay Parties will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the client.

The following cancellation charges will be applied, which reflect the costs and expenses we may incur on your behalf as the function date nears, and the reduced time available to us to obtain any alternative bookings:

- If cancellation is due to incorrect delivery charges applied by the client, Kidbay Parties reserves the right to apply a payment processing fee of up to 4% in line with charges applicable to us

- If applicable, the Deposit paid is non-refundable, non-transferable regardless of the length of time prior to the event you decide to cancel.

- Cancellation between 7 days and the event date – the client is liable for 100% of the total contract package price.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Only once written cancellation is received will the cancellation become effective.
