Frequently asked questions
How can I book?
Based on your estimated numbers of guests, pick the most relevant table: Small - up to 15 people, Medium - up to 20 people, Large - up to 35 people, X Large - up to 50 people. Add the table to the cart and contact us to receive a personal deposit code. We will ask for 30% deposit and remaining balance will be payable 2 weeks in advance. (If you would like to book the table for more guests, please contact us for bespoke quote - we can create a table for up to 150 people!)
How far in advance should I book?
It is best to book as soon as you have the date confirmed. You don't need to know the final numbers at the point of booking. We can finalise the numbers 1-2 weeks ahead of the event which is when the final payment will be due.
How long does it take to set up?
Depending on the size of the table we will require 1-2 hours to set it up + time required to unload so please ensure we have access to the venue beforehand.
What about the table equipment?
We can come back to pick the equipment up within the next day or two or you can arrange for it to be delivered back. If we need to collect it and the distance is greater than 5 miles from our HQ in SM6, we will add a collection fee of £10 for every additional 5 miles.
Is there a delivery cost?
There is no delivery charge for set up and collection within 5 miles from our HQ in SM6. If the distance is greater than 5 miles, we will add a delivery fee of £10 for every additional 5 miles.
Do you supply plates and cutlery?
Kidbay Parties does not provide plates and cutlery by default, we are happy to supply bamboo bowls and cutlery at an additional cost of £1 per person. Please let us know at the point of booking if you require that to be provided.
Do you have insurance & food hygiene rating?
Kidbay Parties is fully insured and certified caterer with a 5 star food hygiene rating.
